I ran across this quick article (which I've copied to this site) on how to set up a hard drive. I don't remember where it came from. All I've got is an email to myself. It's by Howie Merrill. (Though it looks like the site is dead.) My second partition is for applications, third is for data. I guess, following Howie's advice, I should have four.
