17 UN Resolutions

I've been curious about the Administration's claim about Iraq not complying with 17 previous UN resolutions. Below is a list of the UN Security Council resolutions on Iraq - Kuwait since the cease-fire resolution 687. Most of the resolutions are administrative extensions of existing provisions.
